Getting Lucky

Hello - how's your Saturday going?

I'm almost at the end of an amazing week of Riley and Company new releases - but I have so enjoyed making and showcasing all these great cards.

This afternoon how about we get ready for St. Patty's (or Paddy's) Day?

yes Riley has an outfit for most occasions and the patron saint of Ireland gets a look in too!

I have used the Basic Riley, colored him with Alcohol markers and die cut him out. I then used the Valentines and St. Patty's accessory set and gave him a sweater and celebratory hat! Oh and the pints of Guinness are also a stamp and die cut!!!. I matted my card with white and green card adding in a sheet of shamrock patterned paper.

The Getting Lucky sentiment is part of a Funny Bones stamp but I felt it went well as they always say "the luck of the Irish" and Riley is certainly getting lucky with the line up of drinks he has!!

One tequila, two tequila, floor!

I'm back with my second post of the day to celebrate the new Riley and Company releases.

Who love Tequila?? More than you love work????

So if you played the lottery there would be a very slim chance you wouldn't go to work tomorrow so bypass the tickets and head for the Tequila!!

I stamped Riley and the Lottery Chances Funny Bones sentiment onto white card. I die cut the card using a fancy stitched die and then colored Riley and the edges of the card in. I then stamped the sombrero hats and colored these before using the fab dies to cut them out. I hand drew the shot glass, scanned it and printed out 4 of them. These and the sombrero's were arranged on the image. This was then matted with bright green card and placed onto my card base.
