Gemini Twins are Twice as Nice

Good afternoon! Only a few more days and school is out for the summer. This year is going by way too quickly but at least the warmer weather is here.

Today is the start of the new VIP deal over at Scrapper's Delights. My card today is showcasing the freebies you get if you purchase the new 3 Anime images.

Yes this month the freebies are Gemini related, aren't these twins the cutest? I added the Gemini symbols to their hands before printing them out onto white card. I then colored them with alcohol markers before trimming and adding them to orange card and a 5x7 inch black card base.

Angel Feathers

Good morning, we have had some gorgeous weather this week but it's supposed to change to rain and storms this weekend. 

A new challenge starts over at Jo's Scrap Shack today, Little Blue Button Stamps are the sponsor. They have some stunning images including the one I have chosen to use for my design:

Meet Angel

Isn't she just stunning!

I didn't want to distract from her beauty so printed her out to fill my card and added a simple quote from the internet. I colored her with Copic markers and added pencil to the feathers to get some texture.

I matted a 5x7in card base with a coordinating blue card and added my image topper. No embellishments were needed.

Rainbow Unicorn Chibi

Good afternoon, we have had nothing but rain this week but things are supposed to improve over the next few days.

Remember my sneak peek from last week? well today is the new release from Scrapper's Delights and what a cute one it is. The Chibis are adorable this time, meet Chibis Unicorn Blythe:

She is one of 3 new images today plus if you buy all 3 you get an exclusive zodiac bundle free. This week it's the cute Gemini twins.

As She is a unicorn I had to give her rainbow hair and lots of sparkle. I colored her with Copic markers and added sparkle pen to her horn the trim on her coat and boots and the stars. I used a die set that cuts shaped blanks and mats pulling the green from her hair. I layered my image and these up and added a die cut smile sentiment. Some green iridescent bubbles amongst the stars pulled the rainbow effect out more.

Wearing Spring

Good morning this is the first of 2 posts today both with cards I've designed using super cute images.

Meet Wearing Spring from The Paper Shelter who are this week's challenge sponsors over at Jo's Scrap Shack

Isn't she darling? I colored her using Copic Markers and fussy cut her using my scan and cut. I die cut a sunburst from both yellow and green card, the green waste was used to infill the yellow which were adhered to pink card and a white card base. I used foam squares on the image to give her dimension and added the word love in the same pink card used as a mat.

The Paper Shelter have some really cute images and if you are the lucky winner of this Friday's challenge you will receive a $15 gift certificate to spend in their store.
