Wee Sunflowers - Challenge 17 on Scribble and Scrap

Hi and welcome to my design card for Scribble and Scrap's 17th Challenge. As always the challenge is anything goes and you can find the rules here.

I have used a Wee stamp that came free with a magazine a while ago and the papers are Fabulous Feminine set 1 from Scribble and Scrap.

I have coloured her with my Spectrum Noir pens and die cut her and the papers with Spellbinders before matting them onto a Craftwork Card's scalloped card blank.
The flowers are some from my stash in keeping with the color theme

Fishy Tails - Guest design card

Good afternoon.
It's a cool day here in Michigan but we've had some lovely sunshine over the past week.

On to todays post. I was lucky enough to be picked as a guest design team member for Through the Craft Room Door's weekly challenge. The prize this week is sponsored by Oak Pond Creations and I have used one of their images.

As always this little fellow has been colored with Spectrum Noirs. He is matted onto Core'dinations card stock and some iridescent paper from my stash. The seaweed is die cut using a Memory Box die. The sentiment is computer generated and again matted onto the same card used for the weed.

Scribble and Scrap Challenge 16

Good morning and welcome to my card for the 16th Challenge over on Scribble and Scrap. If you want to join in you will find the rules here and as always it is anything goes

Today's card was for my lovely sister in law's birthday.

The card blank is a Craftwork cards scalloped edge one. The digi stamp is Scribble and Scrap's  vintage rose heart and the sentiment is a stamp from Crafters Companion Crisalis Classics.

I coloured the roses with my Spectrum Noir pens and lightly color tinted the heart with distress ink but unfortunately this doesn't show too well in the photo.

The papers are from Scribbles and Scrap's Fabulously Feminine Mini collection - I love ditsy prints! These have been matted on cream card to match in with the roses. a touch of liquid pearls adds the finishing touch.

Frilly Frou Frou

Today's card is a birthday one made with Crafter's Companion's Frou Frou Paper crafting cd.

I bought this disc when it was first released and have not used it until now. They also did a digikit version which I have used previously.

The papers were printed off the CD as was the topper. I used the integrated colouriser so that I could have pink lace paper.

I am loving this card design, it is so easy to make from a couple of pieces of card stock, I've used pink Core'dinations in this instance.
The pearls around the ladies neck and as accents on the card are liquid pearls.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have liked what you have seen.

Wrinklies showing they never age!

Good morning, it's a rainy day here today - hopefully it will wash away the remaining snow!

I had an afternoon of fun with The Wrinklies from La Pashe on Wednesday. I have had this disc for a while but not really played with it so thought I'd have a look and I made a few easel cards:

The backing papers, sentiments and toppers were all printed from the disc. I've added some coloured card for matting from my stash and the die cuts are cut from Tattered Lace dies.

I love the humour these pictures show, they prove that just because your body ages it doesn't mean you have to!
